Video monitoring requires sustained attention, sound judgment, and consistent decision-making. This module explores how stress, fatigue, and demanding work conditions can affect operator well-being and job performance. Learners will identify signs of stress and fatigue, explore healthy habits and recovery strategies, and learn how to respond after difficult or emotionally significant events. The module also focuses on building personal resilience, recognizing when additional support may be needed, and using available resources to support long-term professional wellness.
