This self-paced, six-hour online course covers monitoring technology, effective communication, alarm response procedures, false alarm prevention, monitoring center security, and professional standards.
Developed with industry experts, the seven-module program equips learners with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their responsibilities confidently, professionally, and effectively.
The course is approved for TMA Five Diamond certification training and is recognized for state licensing purposes in Alabama, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, and Virginia.
A final examination with a passing score of 85% or higher is required for successful completion. Operators must complete recertification training every three years to maintain their training credentials.
