In this module, learners apply core video monitoring concepts to manage alarm events from initial alert review through event closure. Learners practice verifying activity, evaluating changing conditions, operating camera tools, capturing evidence, documenting facts, communicating updates, and responding as new information develops.
Learners will explore alarm verification and video event verification, real-time event evaluation, PTZ camera use, latency awareness, subject framing, evidence preservation, resolution codes, AVS-01 alarm validation scoring, ASAP Service, ECC communication, fair evaluation, and clear, fact-based descriptions of people and vehicles.
